PeopleWhoCare-cloud, Inc d/b/a PeopleWhoCare.cloud, was formed in 2025 as a Delaware non-stock ("Non-Profit") corporation, subsequently registered with the State of Wisconsin as such, with a registered address in Hudson, WI and satellite office in New Richmond, WI.  While, in fact, we do happen to be approved as a 501(c)(3) organization under federal law, we do not publicly seek or accept charitable contributions or donations at this time.  Any proceeds we generate are exclusively in the form of structured sponsorships and are expressly identified as such to the extent feasible.  Our non-profit mission is to freely promote and support civic and charitable causes, fundraisers, and events in western Wisconsin as well as individuals, groups, organizations and companies who directly support or promote such uses.  We don't solicit or accept any financial reimbursement for promotions of individuals, groups, organizations or companies, including without limit promotion through social media means, with the exception of formal sponsorships labeled as such.  At this time, our primary focus is on promoting and supporting the St. Croix Valley PRCA Rodeo, hosted by the St. Croix County Fairgrounds, Inc., another Wisconsin non-profit group.  In the event you choose to sponsor this cherished event, all sponsorship proceeds are made payable directly to the Fairgrounds, and not to our organization.  Over time, we will be looking to support and promote other civic and charitable uses in western Wisconsin.  If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.  Thank you for your interest in PeopleWhoCare.cloud.
