PeopleWhoCare-cloud, Inc., DBA PeopleWhoCare.cloud and WesternWI.org, was formed in 2025 as a Delaware non-stock ("Non-Profit") corporation, subsequently registered with the State of Wisconsin as such, with a registered address in Hudson, WI and satellite office in New Richmond, WI.  Our non-profit mission is to freely promote and support civic and charitable causes, fundraisers, and events in western Wisconsin as well as individuals, groups, organizations and companies who directly support or promote such uses.  While, in fact, we do happen to be approved as a 501(c)(3) organization under federal law, we do not publicly seek or accept charitable contributions or donations at this time.  Moreover, in the event you choose to sponsor one or more of our supported causes, currently all sponsorship proceeds are made payable directly to the cause itself, and not to our organization.  When it comes to our operating budget, our aim is that any proceeds we generate will be exclusively in the form of specific, structured sponsorships and advertising opportunities, identified as such to the extent feasible or appropriate.  We specifically do not solicit or accept any financial reimbursement from individuals, groups, organizations or companies, in the absence of public disclosure, for the publication of (1) social media content, (2) featured articles, or (3) what-could-potentially-be-deemed to be an inadvertent display of company goods or services in printed or digital publications.  Since our inception in 2025, our primary focus has been on promoting and supporting the St. Croix Valley PRCA Rodeo, hosted by the St. Croix County Fair, Inc., another Wisconsin non-profit group, as well as other organizations expressly-committed to supporting this event.  Commencing in late 2026, however, our focus expanded to include "country-community causes" with emphasis on agricultural- and trades-related uses and inter-organizational collaboration.  If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.  Thank you for your interest in PeopleWhoCare.cloud.
